Before we depart the USA, there's a couple of things I need to share.
Firstly we have found the ultimate cheese dish: 3 cheeses (American Cheddar, Jack and Monterrey) injected with tequila!!!!, then deep fried.
The bonus is that you could order corn chips as a side order to eat with this delicacy. We didn't order it, but judging by the size of the average American (feeling fairly skinny actually) plenty did!
Secondly, I meant to comment on this last week. Rach and I found pedestrians so rude last time we were here; everyone bumped into us and it seemed we were constantly walking upstream. Then it dawned upon me; you know how they drive on the right hand side; guess what side of the footpath they walk on?
Here's a clue; it's the opposite side to what we are used to and their natural reaction in the collision zone is the opposite to ours.
It's not hard to spot the Australasians!

Fatburger rocks! Only In-N-Out does it better in So-Cal. FYI, Magic Johnson owns Fatburger.
I didn't know about the Magic thing.
The cheese meal I mentioned wasn't actually at Fatburger, the pic just seemed appropriate.
Rach just cracks up whenever I mention "In and Out" burger.
